Would like to add Vendor Davicom (0a46) and Device 9601 (DM 9601) Ethernet controller that I purchased. Was on a USB-10/100Mbit adapter. Found driver here:

Windows XP detects as: USB\VID_0A46&PID_9601\9601
Davicom not listed as a vendor.

This looks like a USB ID, not a PCI ID.
