Please post the type of the PLX chip on the card (PCI9030?) since this is an ID from PLX.

The name of the card, entVoice E1, can be added at the bottom of this page using the subsystem.

This is the ID of the chip on the card. The card itself is added as subsystem.

There were and still are a bunch of Asterisk cards that use PLX 9030's, but left PLX's vendor id on the chip. These cards have been around for 10 years now. They are:

10b5:0557 Digium Tormenta 2 T400P-SS7 or E400P-SS7 Quad T1 or E1 PCI card

10b5:d44d:10b5:17f7 Allo CP400P/E 4-port E1/T1/J1 PCI/PCIe card

That mess is the state of things.

You can post the card's name as subsystem to the device ID (use lspci -knn to find the subsystem ID of your device). The device ID itself should be the actual PLX chip, a 9030 in this case. Even though it is not marketed as a PLX device, you should be able to find find a chip on the board which is manufactured by PLX.
