All of the names above are correct. 00f9 is the id of the HSI bridge behind which there may be different GPUs. Currently in Windows driver the name is "GeForce 6800 Series GPU" while Linux driver it is "GeForce 6800 Ultra". Also seen Quadro FX 4000 and GeForce 6800 GT.
