Card reader on HP Pavilion dv6-6030er. Realtek has 3 models of card reader -- RTS5101, RTS5111 and RTS5116. I'm guess that 5209 is RTS5116. But according to the specification of RTS5116 on Realtek site it should be RTS5116. Drivers can be downloaded from Realtek or from HP. In HP driver package it is recognized as "Realtek PCIE CardReader".

Between the [] we use marketing names, and the chip type is not in brackets. That's normal practice here.
The name "Realtek" is already the vendor ID 10ec. You don't have to repeat it here.
RTS5116 PCI Express Card Reader is a good description.

RTS5116 is Realtek's USB cardreader. As to PCIE card readers, Realtek has models such as rts5208, rts5209, rts5229, Barossa, Barossa++, etc. [10ec:5209] is RTS5209, and it should be described as "RTS5209 PCI Express Card Reader"

RTS5116 is a USB cardreader, not a PCI device - and this is a database for use on Linux, so we don't need your Windows driver info. I'm keeping this entry as-is.
