Found on VR9 (2 x MIPS 34Kc V5.6) system-on-chip in "AVM Fritz!Box Fon WLAN 7490" VDSL Router.

I think that we should not (yet) include "VR9" or something more specific about the system here, because Lantiq formerly was a branch of Infineon, and Infineon used the ID "0011" for PCIe ports as well, see the link above. So this ID was probably used on chips older than the "VR9" series as well. Lantiq itsself has recently been purchased by Intel.
