Name: AMD Radeon R5 430 OEM (2048 MByte)

Note: The 'AMD Radeon R5 430' instead of 240/340 is NOT a typo! IT's actually correct.

Valid SubvendorID, it's the 'R5 430 OEM' issued for DELL (see TPU-link for SubvendorID; https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/229080/229080).

According to AMD's own words. See AMD's most recent drivers;
https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-20.11.2-win7-64bit-nov18.exe

Unpack (or open with 7zip) -> Packages\Drivers\Display\W76A_INF -> see .\C7361133.inf for vendor-strings (AMD6611.3/.4);
-> Revision 00 of DeviceID 6611 got this very SubvendorID (PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6611&SUBSYS_10011028&REV_00)
-> Line 135 + 970 show that given SubvendorID for Dell;
-> Line 8700/8701 designates both revisions as "AMD Radeon R5 430"

TPU database-link for "Radeon R5 430 OEM"; https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-r5-430-oem.c2893

If AMD's own records ain't valid enough, I don't know what is.
