I can't find any specifications of a BCM4464 chip, are you sure this is true?
Windows driver data also seems to indicate that the device with ID 4464 is called 4364.

On the 2018 Macbook Pro, and 2018 mac mini, the Wi-Fi chipset is 4464, the BLUETOOTH chipset is listed as 4364, maybe thats where the confusion is coming from?

It appears only Mac OS identifies the wifi part of the device as 4464 and Windows drivers call it 4364. It should be one chip for both Bluetooth and wifi (usually the case for Broadcom; also shown by iFixit teardowns of Macs), the Bluetooth part should be visible as a USB device in lsusb.
Mistaking the device ID for a model number has happened before with Broadcom devices (just search BCM4315 on the web, you'll see tons of forum posts about devices whose ID is 4315, but the model number of that one is actually BCM4312). Given the lack of any information on either model number on Broadcom's site, I will leave it as-is for the moment.
