Sorry for insisting, but I think BCM4313 is really doing both 802.11 *AND* bluetooth.

Yes, the Bluetooth may be done by the same card, but it is not part of 14e4:4727. If your card also includes Bluetooth, you have the card's Bluetooth function as a USB device, not a PCI device.
It is also very well possible that the manufacturer of your computer decided to use the BCM4313 without enabling Bluetooth.
