I see some indications the Sandisk SN720 also uses this ID (https://pastebin.com/aieNPEjU), do you perhaps know what controller is in your SSD?

The SanDisk SN720 is the WD Black NVMe SSD as SanDisk is a Western Digital company. The marketing PDFs show this as well.

Here's what "lspci -vvv" shows:
05:00.0 Non-Volatile memory controller: Sandisk Corp Device 5002 (prog-if 02 [NVM Express])
Subsystem: Sandisk Corp Device 5002

Ok. The paste I linked lists a 512GB SSD with the same ID so I'll leave out 250GB.

The WDS500G2X0C also shares this vendor/device ID - the [WD Black 500GB NVMe SSD].
Someone (who can) should edit the title of this entry.

Hi jonty, it appears this vendor ID is used by multiple drives, hence the slash between Black 2018 and PC SN720. I'll add spaces around it to make it more readable.
