The DWL-G650 is supplied by D-Link whereas the WG511T is supplied by Netgear. They both have the same chipset - "Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5212 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)" - I'm assuming they're the same card re-packaged for different markets. Confusing.
