Hm, it attaches to pci device in bootlog (vendor 17f3 product 1060 (IrDA wireless, revision 0x02) at pci0 dev 15 function 0 not configured) but can't tell anything certainly. I would assume it is integrated in SoC or on the board but there's no way to confirm that (it didn't find anything about it in SoC or board specs).
