It appears that this was created as a vendor ID; however, I think this was meant to be created under Device IDs given that this is an Intel specific part. Can we move it there?

The home of the pci.ids
file
Main -> PCI Devices -> Vendor 51d8
Name: Alder Lake-P Serial IO I2C Controller #3
I have no idea why 0x51c6 was named "Alder Lake-P Serial IO I2C Controller #0". But 0x51d8 is after 0x51c6 and 0x51c7, so continue using that name to avoid confusion.
For the 0x51d8, please refer to intel document #626817. It's not available in the Linux kernel upstream yet but we're working on it.
